WHY DID I CREATE IT?
When running my business, I used to crash out of one year and into the next without pausing to take stock and learn from the huge range of experiences and challenges I’d faced. I missed vital learnings, and failed to celebrate the wins, or to thank the people who’d contributed.
Discovering the Annual Review process was a game changer. It gave me perspective and gratitude, and the confidence to tackle the year ahead with clarity and intention.
This booklet has become the cornerstone of our Campfire meetings - setting out our stall for how we would like to be held to account by fellow Campfire members.
